Joe’s real estate experience started at the age of 19, when he successfully negotiated the purchase of his first home in Pennsylvania, after that it was in his blood. Joe relocated to San Francisco in 1991.
Rafael was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He later moved to the East Coast before relocating to San Francisco in 2000. He quickly learned the city and can not imagine calling another city home.
